- We do not bear the responsibility of items ordered in error, or ordered without correct measurements.
- When taking measurements, it is extremely important that you measure twice; and give us the shortest distance in inches; width by height.
- We only honor overseas orders that are prepaid using bank wire, from your banking institution to ours.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- Excluding Air Curtains; we do not pay freight costs, as we offer a generous discount off of the price of our items.
- We do not take back custom sized doors, in which we received wrong measurements. If you need customer service to assist you while you are acquiring measurements. Feel free to contact us & we will happily assist you.
- If we are responsible for any problem in shipping, making the door the wrong measurement, a freight related damaged door, or any other problem that is genuinely the fault of Traffic Doors Galore; we will happily take care of the entire matter-including freight; and will put a Call Tag out for the item to be picked up by our carrier; and will expedite getting the new item shipped out to your company.
- Traffic Doors Galore will not be responsible for return freight charges associated with customer originated ‘unauthorized’ returns.
Items returned to Traffic Doors Galore must have prior approval from a Traffic Doors Galore representative. If Items are returned; there will be a 30% restocking charge & the customer will be responsible for return freight charges associated with the return.
Items returned must be in “showroom condition”, or additional charges will apply.
